Villa's Amenity
On the ground floor the entrance door leads to the living room and to the kitchen with the dining area.
From the living room the doors open to a spacious terrace / outdoor living area that is partially covered by a pergola. Under the pergola an outdoor dining table and a lounge are located. This terrace also access to the pool.
The ground floor also includes a bedroom with access to the terrace,
a bathroom and the staircase leading to the 2nd floor.
The second floor includes 2 bedrooms one with an extra large bed and another one with two single beds and a bathroom. From both bedrooms, you have access to a large terrace.

Both floors and all the rooms have a wonderful view to sea, the coast, the village and the surrounding area
On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (size 180x200) that can also be converted into two separate single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub. In the living room, there is a sofa-bed that can be transformed into two single beds.
Moving to the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds (size 90x200) and another bedroom with an extra-large double bed (size 200x220). Additionally, there is a bathroom on this floor equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine.
